WORK DESCRIPTION

Overlall general affairs duties

  • Maintaining, arranging, and managing office equipment and supplies
  • Employee welfare services, such as arranging and operating company events, etc.
  • Employee relations (including temporary staff)
  • Handling telephone calls, e-mails, letters, packages, and external visitors
  • Managing document, etc.

Other tasks

  • Providing support for other departments (including production teams) as necessary, etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

  • Experience working in general affairs or administrative department
  • Basic computer skills
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Available to work in the office
  • Native level Japanese proficiency

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Interest and knowledge in video games or the entertainment industry
  • Business level English proficiency
